History
Chuck & Sharon Lucas founded Lucas Business Solutions, Inc. in 2004. Sharon had been a bookkeeper for several companies and after spending 20 years in the office furniture industry Chuck felt led to break out on his own. Sharon’s attention to detail and organizational skills made her a perfect partner. In the latter part of those 20 years Chuck began to notice an alarming development among the leaders in the field. Their focus was shifting away from customer service and towards the use of impersonal, bottom line methods. Manufacturers were enticing dealerships by offering yearend rebates and special kick back payments. This meant that dealers were pushing products instead of giving customers the products they really needed. It was this observation that prompted the creation of LBS. Our goal is to put the emphasis back on the customer. The only way to accomplish that goal is to take the time to ensure a full understanding of the customers’ needs.
What We Do
Lucas Business Solutions, Inc. provides a variety of options in office furniture solutions. We provide everything for the office including desks, filing systems, seating, panel system workstations, lighting, keyboard trays and etc. We take pride in creating innovative designs tailored to the individual customer. The availability of over 50 lines of furniture allows us to provide a solution for every type of customer. It is our belief that a successful working environment is founded on proper space planning and keen use of ergonomics. We are devoted to problem solving in any type of work environment. Our history and capabilities extend far beyond commercial office spaces. We have worked everywhere from schools to medical facilities to home offices.
